This book was produced as part of a project sponsored by the CCRYN (Central council for research in Yoga and Naturopathy). In ten lessons it presents various Yoga practices that reduce stress and sleeping disorders. These were the practices taught in the clinical trial conducted by the CCRYN with Yogacharini Meenakshi Devi Bhavanani as co-investigator.
