The food we put into our bodies forms an essential basis for our health and wellbeing. Eating the wrong foods causes a build-up of toxins in the body and can lead to many different health problems; which is why the Yogic Diet is traditionally free from meat, fish, eggs and stimulants. Instead we can enjoy a vegetarian or vegan diet filled with fresh and nutritious foods to nourish us physically and mentally.
